I’m Tucker, a computer science student with software engineering, full-stack development, testing, and IT operations experience. I turn complex rules and everyday workflows into clear, dependable tools.
I like work where technology has a visible impact. I have tested multi-state rating systems, analyzed data through SQL and JSON APIs, and developed full-stack applications that improve real IT support workflows.
My work in field services and as a Residential Assistant has strengthened the other half of how I operate: listening closely, documenting clearly, collaborating across teams, and staying composed when the answer is not immediately obvious.

PROJECT 01
What began as a sophomore-year project grew into a full-stack asset management application for IT Field Services. It tracks laptops, monitors, printers, toner, and other campus equipment through a role-aware interface.

PROJECT 02
A scheduling tool for coordinating student IT staff across Downcity and Harborside. Staff can drag to select shifts, repeat a weekly pattern through the semester, and see campus coverage and employee hours in a color-coded overview.
Capacity checks, overlap prevention, and weekly hour limits keep schedules consistent. The interactive portfolio demo uses fictional data, with changes isolated to each visitor’s browser tab.
PROJECT 03
Collaborated in an agile team to streamline IT support workflows. Implemented an announcement chat system, authentication features, and a semester scheduling tool that limits staffing across two campuses.
